We hope you love your Orbiting Heart products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns only on items with no sign of use. lease note that return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date

Refunds for domestic orders shipped within the United States will be processed to the payment method used at checkout minus any shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code. Please contact us to initiate a return. We do not offer any exchange at the moment. 

Due to the rapidly rising costs of international shipments, we are unable to reimburse any return shipping costs, duties or taxes for international shipment. Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item. After 7 days, we are unable to provide a complete replacement or full/partial refund for any damaged product or products that develop wear-and-tear over time. For products damaged within 30 days of purchase, we are able to issue a store credit usable on orbitingheart.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 12 PM-8 PM EST.
